Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

  1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or before the production process has started. If the cancellation is requested before shipping, a full refund will be issued without any deductions.

Once the order has been shipped or the production process has begun, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Approved cancellations will be refunded using your original payment method within a specified number of business days.

2.1. Returns for Domestic (Türkiye) Orders

  • For domestic orders, you may request a return within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • The return must include a copy of the sales invoice or proof of purchase.
  • If the product has a production or shipping defect, a replacement or refund will be provided.
  • In cases of voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized products are strictly non-returnable.

2.2. International Orders – Returns Not Accepted

  • OWL Bracket does not accept returns for international orders under any circumstances.
  • Even if the product is defective or damaged, international returns are not processed due to logistical constraints.
  • Please read all product information carefully and contact us if you have any questions before placing an order from abroad.
  1. Return Process and Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, our technical team will inspect it:

  • If the product meets the return eligibility criteria, your return will be approved, and a refund will be processed via your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
  • Return shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or will be borne by the customer.
  • Returns of used, incomplete, damaged, or non-resellable products will not be accepted.
  1. Non-Cancellation Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Products with broken or unsealed original packaging
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care products)
  1. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received yet:

  • First, recheck your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

  1. Exchange Policy

Items can only be exchanged if they are defective due to manufacturing issues.
If approved, the same item will be shipped as a replacement—not a different product.

  1. Return Shipping Address

For domestic returns (within Turkey), please send the product to the authorized return address that will be provided via email.
We are not responsible for items returned to the wrong address.
Be sure to provide us with the tracking number once the return is shipped.
